Stephanie Schaub, MD

Assistant Professor

Overview

Dr. Schaub is an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at University of Washington who cares for patients with sarcomas and pediatric patients with all types of tumors. She has expertise in advanced radiation modalities, including proton therapy, intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT), neutron therapy, and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). Dr. Schaub practices at care at UW Medical Center, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center – South Lake Union, Seattle Children’s, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center – Proton Therapy.

Patient Care Philosophy

“The treatment of cancer is often not black and white and there can be many different treatment pathways. It is my privilege to work with you and your support system to find the perfect path that aligns with your values, goals, and challenges– taking into consideration the concerns of today, but also accounting for the worries of tomorrow, next year, and the decades beyond.
