Congratulations to Dr. Williams, who joined with other residents from around the country to start the Equity and Inclusion Subcommittee of the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology. Their inaugural event was a virtual journal club with Dr. Curtiland Deville, Jr. and Dr. Iris C. Gibbs to discuss “I Can’t Breathe: The Continued, Disproportionate Exclusion of Black Physicians in the United States Radiation Oncology Workforce.”
