Things to Know

Each year we receive a large number of highly competitive applications. The Department only receives applications through ERAS and selects residents through the NRMP Main Residency Match. Medical students are asked to submit the following items:

  • ERAS application
  • Personal Statement
  • Medical School Transcript
  • MSPE/Dean’s letter
  • USMLE or COMLEX scores
  • At least three letters of recommendation

We abide by all match rules and require our interviewers to undergo implicit bias training prior to interviews.  We utilize standardized questions and are committed to striving for an equitable recruitment process.
