Dr. Matthew Spraker Receives UW Medicine’s Fall 2017 Cares Award!
Congratulations to Matthew Spraker, MD, PhD., Resident Physician of Radiation Oncology, one of UW Medicine’s Fall 2017 Cares Award recipients! Dr. Spraker is an outstanding radiation oncology resident, who always puts the patient first. He works tirelessly to find the right solution or pathway for each patient that he sees. Dr. Spraker has been very involved in the Radiation Oncology’s Departmental Quality and Safety Programs, and published the results of his research in this area.
The Cares Awards recognize and celebrate the accomplishments and excellence of those in the UW Medicine community who consistently embody the UW Medicine Service Culture Guidelines, which are: respect privacy and confidentiality; communicate effectively; conduct myself professionally; be accountable; be committed to my colleagues and to UW Medicine.
